## Job Description

Rave Mobile Safety powers over a billion critical alerts each year, delivering reliable, high-impact communication when it matters most. We operate at the intersection of mission-critical reliability and modern, AI-augmented engineering—and we’re looking for engineers who thrive in that space.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Sustaining Engineering team . This role is ideal for a self-directed, confident engineer who excels in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about solving complex production, scalability, and performance challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

• **Build Cloud-Native Services:** Ship backend services in Java and Spring Boot focused on high-throughput messaging and workflow.
• **Scale Intelligent Systems:** Design microservices and APIs that are secure, observable, and built to scale in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• **Modern Delivery:** Build CI/CD workflows and safe deployment strategies like canary, blue/green, and progressive delivery.
• **Platform Modernization:** Lead the incremental evolution of our architecture toward event-driven patterns, emphasizing maintainability and operational excellence.
• **AI-Augmented Development & Agentic Workflows:** Leverage AI coding assistants and autonomous agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor,...
