The Data Analyst supports client-facing and internal teams by analyzing financial, operational, market, and real estate data to deliver accurate and actionable business insights. This role focuses on financial modeling, data analysis, KPI development, reporting, dashboard development, and data quality. The analyst will work with large datasets and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex data into clear reporting, analytical solutions, and executive-ready insights. The role supports real estate acquisitions, developments, portfolio analysis, and related financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, analytical tools, and reporting solutions for real estate acquisitions, developments, and portfolio analysis.
• Analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform cash flow analysis, lease analysis, valuation analysis, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Perform end-to-end data analysis, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, transformation, KPI development, analysis, and visualization.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Design and document data models, metrics, calculations, and reporting logic to support consistent analytics.
• Identify data quality issues and support processes for data integrity, governance, and validation.
• Partner with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions.
