We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager who will play a critical role in driving the strategy and roadmap for crucial part of our product – contact management. You will serve as a liaison between the business side and the development team so that the business requirements are successfully translated into product development.

Main tasks:

• own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain
• partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities that support multiple product areas
• translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans
• collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders to align platform development with company objectives
• prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and platform health
• drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• support the delivery of high-quality backend solutions by working closely with engineering and QA teams
• make data-informed product decisions and evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives
