About The Role
As an AI Engineer specialized in Agents at BairesDev, you will be at the forefront of designing and building autonomous, multi-step systems capable of reasoning and executing complex tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the architect for agentic workflows, ensuring models can effectively utilize tools and collaborate to achieve high-level business objectives with minimal intervention. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI systems or agentic workflows. Proven expertise in building multi-step agentic systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen is essential.
