As a \*\*Staff Data Analyst\*\*, you will be a high-impact analytical partner to Facet's operations, product, and leadership teams. You will work within the \*\*Data Science & Analytics team\*\* to model, understand, and optimize business initiatives across \*\*growth, margin, and retention\*\*.

This is not a traditional BI or dashboard-focused role. You will work closely with executive management and senior leadership, using \*\*Python, SQL, exploratory data analysis, statistical validation, data modeling, AI-assisted analytics, and workflow automation\*\* to turn complex business questions into actionable strategic recommendations.

## Key Responsibilities

\* Act as a \*\*trusted strategic advisor\*\* to senior leadership and executive management, translating complex analytical findings into clear recommendations.

\* Partner across business units to use data and analytics to influence \*\*business strategy and decision-making\*\*.

\* Proactively identify opportunities to \*\*optimize business performance, improve efficiency, and capture untapped value\*\*.

\* Perform deep-dive \*\*Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)\*\* using Jupyter Notebooks to diagnose business trends, test hypotheses, and identify relationships in data.

\* Build streamlined, interactive analytical tools using \*\*Python and Streamlit\*\*.

\* Develop high-impact, \*\*BigQuery-connected Google Sheets\*\* for self-service reporting and business-facing analytics.

\* Integrate modern \*\*AI assistant technologies and secure workflow automation\*\* into analytics processes.
