## About the Role

A company is seeking an experienced \*\*OpenText VIM professional\*\* for a remote position that requires candidates to be local to Minnesota. The role focuses on OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and invoice management within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience across the full VIM project lifecycle and be capable of diagnosing invoice exceptions and resolving invoice backlogs.

## Key Responsibilities

\* Work with \*\*OpenText VIM\*\* across full project lifecycles, including:

\* Explore

\* Design

\* Build

\* Test

\* Deploy

\* Support and work with \*\*P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes\*\* integrated with VIM in \*\*SAP S/4HANA\*\*.

\* Diagnose root causes of invoice blocks and exceptions.

\* Troubleshoot invoice issues related to:

\* Tax

\* Freight

\* Pricing

\* Purchase orders (PO)

\* Other invoice exceptions

\* Use VIM transactions and tools to help clear invoice backlogs.

## Required Qualifications

\* Bachelor’s degree in any field.

\* \*\*3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM\*\* across full project lifecycles.

\* Strong understanding of \*\*P2P processes\*\* and their integration with VIM in \*\*S/4HANA\*\*.

\* Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes of invoice blocks and exceptions.

\* Proficiency with \*\*VIM transactions and tools\*\* used for clearing invoice backlogs.

\* Ability to work remotely while being local to Minnesota.
