## About the Role

A leading data science firm is seeking an Artificial Intelligence & Data Talent Partner to design advanced machine learning models and improve transparency through explainability techniques. This full-time remote role combines applied machine learning, quantitative finance, and data analytics to develop and deploy data-driven solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to turn machine learning solutions into practical applications. Successful candidates will bring strong Python and SQL skills along with experience working with financial data and blockchain-related analytics.

## Key Responsibilities

\* Design and develop advanced machine learning models.

\* Apply explainability techniques to improve transparency of machine learning solutions.

\* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deploy machine learning solutions.

\* Apply quantitative finance concepts to data science and machine learning initiatives.
