Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring all business operations are fully compliant with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This includes actively monitoring and assessing compliance risks, establishing and maintaining necessary documentation and policies, and conducting regular audits. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, providing compliance training, and maintaining transparent communication with regulatory bodies to ensure standards are continually met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance Management and thorough knowledge of Regulatory Compliance practices and standards
• Strong Analytical Skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with financial regulations and a solid understanding of the Finance industry
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent) is a plus
