We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven
Compliance Officer
to join our clients growing Claims and Legal Expenses business as they enter their next phase of expansion. This is a
pivotal role
within the organisation, reporting directly to the
Head of Risk & Conduct
, and offering the opportunity to influence how they strengthen governance, enhance oversight, and embed a culture of compliance across the business.

About the Role

As Compliance Officer, you’ll play a central part in ensuring the business continues to operate with integrity, transparency, and regulatory confidence. You’ll support the development and delivery of the compliance framework, provide expert guidance to teams across the organisation, and help maintain the highest standards as they grow.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Risk & Conduct, senior leadership, and operational teams to ensure FCA expectations are met, manage conduct risk effectively, and maintain a strong control environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the compliance and conduct risk framework
• Providing day‑to‑day compliance advice to operational teams, including claims and legal expenses functions
• Conducting monitoring, oversight, and thematic reviews to ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Assisting with policy development, regulatory updates, and internal guidance materials
• Supporting the Head of Risk & Conduct with governance reporting, MI, and board‑level documentation
