## Key Responsibilities

Assist in configuring Odoo Accounting modules including Chart of Accounts, journals, taxes, and banking features
Support ERP implementation, automated bank feeds, payment workflows, and reconciliation processes
Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP workflows
Assist in data migration from legacy systems into Odoo
Generate financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
Provide user training, technical support, and process improvement recommendations
Document client processes, system configurations, and implementation updates

## Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a middle management role
Experience in ERP systems, preferably Odoo Accounting and Finance modules
Knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliation, cash management, and banking operations
Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills
Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into ERP solutions
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and documentation skills
