What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own the delivery of high-stakes engagements with governments and frontier AI companies
• Manage the red-team hiring pipeline, including candidate sourcing and assessing
• Handle proposal drafting and contract negotiations for various engagements
• Conduct analysis and technical writing to support the red-team's needs
• Coordinate and manage events, workshops, and other ad-hoc projects

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of program or engagement management experience in a technical environment
• Proven track record of delivering complex multi-party programs on tight deadlines
• Comfort with technical content, including the ability to read and engage with technical reports
• Experience in technical recruiting, including sourcing and pipeline management
• Strong written communication skills for drafting reports, updates, and external briefs
