WFH Manufacturing Project Manager - Custom Orders & ERP

Job OverviewOur client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee projects from initial customer contact through final installation. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of multiple projects, including quoting, design, order processing, engineering, production, shipping, and installation.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and action items.
• Enter and manage project information, including product details, pricing, and order documentation within the company's ERP/order management system.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate priorities and timelines with Project Management, Design, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Shipping, Scheduling, and Accounting teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates and leading meetings as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion.
• Support revenue growth by providing product expertise, recommending solutions, and assisting dealer sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
• Travel to dealer locations when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining company safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in a related field preferred).
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing or related industry.
