About this role

Job Summary :-

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced AI & Machine Learning Trainer with 5+ years of relevant experience in training, teaching, or industry practice in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering structured and comprehensive training on core concepts of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

The role requires a strong ability to combine theoretical instruction with practical, hands-on implementation. The trainer will guide learners through real-world applications, projects, and model development, ensuring a thorough understanding of concepts and industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Deliver engaging training sessions on AI & ML concepts
• Teach topics including:

• Data preprocessing, EDA, and statistics
• Supervised & unsupervised learning
• Deep learning (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Computer Vision basics

• Provide hands-on coding sessions using real-world datasets
• Guide students in mini-projects and capstone projects
• Design assignments, quizzes, and evaluation methods
• Assist learners in model deployment (Flask/FastAPI)
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and tools

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of:

• Python, NumPy, Pandas
• Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow / Keras
• NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Gensim)
• OpenCV (basic level)

• Good understanding of:

• Machine Learning algorithms
• Deep Learning architectures
• Model evaluation techniques

• Experience with:

• Jupyter Notebook / Google Colab
• Model deployment basics

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Certifications in AI/ML (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT & 2+ in years of experience teaching/training AI & ML
