WHAT WE’LL NEED

We are seeking a Manager, Ops Integration to represent the voice of Operations at our Global Success Center. This role will support and execute operational initiatives that improve the Guest experience and translate cross-functional plans into clear, practical restaurant procedures.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role will independently lead defined projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Partner with our internal Ops team and Brand Partners (franchisees) to communicate Ops procedure changes, gather feedback, and support adoption.

• Prepare and present project updates, recommendations, and results to project teams, functional leaders, and other stakeholders.

• Build effective working relationships and align project partners around shared objectives.

• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Must be able to adjust priorities and support change implementation.

• Spend time in our restaurants as needed to understand operational realities, validate solutions, and support execution.
