FMI’s Leadership and Organizational Development Practice is seeking a passionate and collaborative Business Operations Manager to support the Leadership & Organizational Development (LOD) practice. This role will partner with LOD leadership to execute strategic priorities, strengthen operations, and build scalable processes that support continued growth.

FMI is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the Leadership & Organizational Development (LOD) practice. This role will partner with LOD leadership to execute strategic priorities, strengthen operations, and build scalable processes that support continued growth.  This is a build-and-improve role focused on creating structure, improving processes, and using data to help leaders make informed decisions.

This is a full-time position which can be remote but with preference given to candidates located near FMI’s Raleigh, NC or Denver, CO offices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic priorities, track progress, and drive follow-through across the practice.
• Improve staffing and workforce planning by connecting consultant capacity with project demand.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs and improve hiring and onboarding processes.
• Manage and improve recurring practice operations, systems, and workflows.
• Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into staffing, performance, and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen how the practice operates.
