$125,000 - $165,000 per year

Position Overview

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to support the continued growth of our Energy Infrastructure business. This role will partner closely with Commercial Operations leadership to drive execution across strategic initiatives tied to commercial performance, sales operations, forecasting, CRM optimization, and business transformation efforts.

This individual will operate within a PMO-driven environment, leading cross-functional initiatives that improve scalability, operational visibility, and execution across a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional commercial operations and business transformation projects from initiation through execution
• Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Support PMO governance, process standardization, reporting, and performance tracking
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to drive execution
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable process improvements
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Support CRM optimization, forecasting processes, pricing workflows, and change management initiatives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
