Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Google Ads & SEO Specialist to lead SEO and Google Ads initiatives across multiple client accounts and internal marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a highly analytical digital marketing professional who thrives in a performance-focused environment and enjoys translating data into actionable business outcomes. Beyond technical expertise, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing regular project updates, presenting campaign performance, explaining complex marketing concepts in a clear and professional manner, and making strategic recommendations that drive measurable growth. Our client is looking for a candidate who possesses a strong combination of technical search marketing expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills, enabling them to confidently engage with clients, manage expectations, and demonstrate the value of marketing initiatives through data-driven insights and reporting.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including On-Page, Off-Page, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Conduct detailed SEO audits using SEMrush and transform findings into actionable optimization roadmaps, keyword plans, and competitor analyses.
- Implement technical SEO improvements including metadata, schema markup, internal linking, site architecture enhancements, and crawlability improvements within WordPress and Elementor.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple service-based industries to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment.
