We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic HR Business Partner to support our Clinical Laboratory Operations team. This role serves as a key partner to business leaders, providing end-to-end HR support and ensuring that people strategies are aligned with operational objectives, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
The HRBP will play a critical role in driving workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance initiatives within a highly regulated healthcare environment.
## Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with Clinical Laboratory Operations leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Provide expert HR guidance and consultation on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
- Support business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness, productivity, and employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing requirements across laboratory operations.
- Work closely with Recruitment to attract, assess, and onboard qualified laboratory professionals, including licensed Medical Technologists, Pathologists, Laboratory Technicians, and support personnel.
- Monitor workforce trends and staffing levels to ensure adequate manpower coverage and operational continuity.
- Support retention initiatives for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
- Guide managers in setting performance objectives, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and managing performance improvement plans.
