🎯 The Role
We are looking for a pioneering Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead our AI-augmented development initiatives. In this role, you will not just write code, but partner with state-of-the-art LLMs—specifically Anthropic Claude and Claude Code—to design, build, and optimize scalable, highly interactive full-stack applications with unprecedented speed and quality.
⚙️ What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Architect and implement scalable, performant full-stack features using modern frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript) and robust backend environments.
- Integrate advanced Generative AI capabilities, specifically utilizing Anthropic Claude APIs, SDKs, and prompt engineering, to build intelligent user experiences.
- Lead prompt-driven development and AI-accelerated workflows (utilizing Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot) to dramatically shorten MVP delivery cycles.
- Ensure top-tier code quality, security, and performance by curation and rigorous testing of both human and AI-generated code.
- Design and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient database querying and cloud deployment.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on user-centric product experiences.
