Senior Full Stack Developer - Remote

About this role

## Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design **full-stack solutions end to end**, from technical requirements and system architecture through development, deployment, and optimization.
• Design and develop scalable applications using **relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL**, including database schemas, data models, queries, and migrations.
• Build and integrate **microservices-based architectures** using modern communication and messaging technologies such as **gRPC, Pub/Sub, event streaming, and WebSockets**.
• Develop and maintain **containerized applications using Docker** and contribute to scalable and reliable deployment environments.
• Implement and support **CI/CD pipelines** while following secure DevOps and software engineering best practices.
• Evaluate and adopt **AI-assisted development tools**, including AI coding assistants and autonomous development agents, to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and solution documentation.
• Ensure solutions are designed with **scalability, security, maintainability, performance, and reliability** in mind.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and development practices.

## Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering**, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least **10 years of relevant experience** in software engineering, solution architecture, or full-stack development.
• Proven experience in **architecting and designing full-stack solutions** from end to end.
• Strong hands-on experience with **PostgreSQL**, including schema design, data modeling, and database migrations.
