We are seeking an experienced
Technical Writer
to support long-term documentation initiatives in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and business-oriented content while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, process documentation, and system overviews

• Translate complex technical information into clear, business-friendly language

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to gather and validate content

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all documentation deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technical or IT environment

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Smart Licensing

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in enterprise or networking environments

• Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
