Role Overview
We are looking for a
result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist
with strong
English communication skills
and experience in
IT hiring, along with exposure to Finance roles
.

end-to-end recruitment mandates
and directly impact client success by building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Own and deliver
full-cycle recruitment
for IT and Finance roles—from requirement intake to offer closure
- Achieve
monthly hiring targets, time-to-fill, and quality benchmarks
- Manage multiple mandates with a strong focus on
closure and execution
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with clients to
understand hiring needs and business context
- Develop
clear job descriptions and effective hiring strategies
- Provide
market insights, talent availability, and compensation trends
3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Building
- Source candidates using
LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and referrals
- Build and maintain
strong pipelines across IT and Finance roles
- Engage both
active and passive candidates
in competitive markets
4. Candidate Assessment & Experience
- Conduct
screening interviews
to assess technical, functional, and communication skills
- Ensure candidates demonstrate
strong English communication and client readiness
- Deliver a
high-quality candidate experience
throughout the hiring lifecycle
