### The Role:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who operates as both a recruiter and a strategic advisor. This person doesn't just fill roles; they shape how hiring happens. You'll lead complex searches, influence hiring decisions at a high level, and proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and outcomes across the function. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong recruiting instincts, thrives in stakeholder-facing environments, and knows how to drive alignment and results without relying on authority. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Location: Remote within the United States
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday | Preference for Candidates within CST/MST/PST
Pay: $70,000 - 95,000/yr (dependent upon years of experience, certifications, and education)

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders; shape search strategy, candidate profiles, and decision-making
