A bit about you

As a Senior Accountant at GroundTruth, you will play a key role within the Accounting and Finance organization, supporting month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations across global entities. You are a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional with a strong understanding of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting close.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and proactively identify and solve issues independently. You are collaborative, adaptable, and communicate effectively across teams while consistently delivering accurate, timely, and audit-ready financial results.

You also bring a continuous improvement and AI-driven mindset, always looking for opportunities to streamline processes, automate recurring tasks, and improve the efficiency and scalability of accounting operations.
