Role Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a part-time, remote role. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Key tasks include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, promoting the organization's employer brand, and supporting hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. The position also involves collaboration with team leaders to identify talent needs and align strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and hiring processes, including identifying qualified candidates and managing recruitment workflows.
• Strong skills in Employer Branding and developing recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
• Advanced Interviewing skills, including behavioral and situational assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Proficiency in Recruiting strategies tailored to diverse talent needs and market dynamics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
