The position also involves collaboration with team leaders to identify talent needs and align strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and hiring processes, including identifying qualified candidates and managing recruitment workflows.
- Strong skills in Employer Branding and developing recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
- Advanced Interviewing skills, including behavioral and situational assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Proficiency in Recruiting strategies tailored to diverse talent needs and market dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
