What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and optimize the Communication Order to Activate process and Service Order Management
• Manage and facilitate the provisioning and activation of enterprise data products
• Understand integration aspects and workflows, including web services and messaging systems
• Create and maintain process documentation and architecture diagrams
• Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile and SAFe for project delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Process Consultant in the telecommunications domain
• Strong understanding of enterprise data products, particularly Ethernet-related services
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate elicitation sessions
• Familiarity with tools such as Visio and BPM software for process documentation
• Knowledge of integration specifications, including XML and JSON

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Specific knowledge of the SAFe project management methodology
• Experience working with cross-geography teams and managing discovery and grooming sessions
