, with a strong track record in hiring accounting and audit professionals, managing high-volume recruitment, and building strong talent pipelines.

This role requires an individual who is highly skilled in
sourcing, talent mapping, and recruitment event execution
, with the ability to attract top talent through both digital and on-ground recruitment initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle multiple and high-volume vacancies across various business units.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified accounting and audit professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, professional networks, university partnerships, and direct headhunting.
• Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and competency-based assessments.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

- Initiate, organize, and execute
recruitment events and hiring activities
