We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Junior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team in the Philippines. This is a great opportunity to gain international exposure and build your career with a leading Australian residential construction group while supporting key business and financial decisions.

What You'll Do
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Support month-end reporting and financial analysis
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights
• Assist with commercial and operational analysis
• Coordinate with the Australian finance team and stakeholders
• Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Power Query
• Support finance improvement initiatives and ad hoc reporting tasks

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• CPA/CA is an advantage but not required
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting systems
• Exposure to PowerBI or Power Query is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
