About The Role
Weichert, Realtors is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Morris County, NJ. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will report directly to the Residential Sales Recruiter Lead and play a vital role in recruiting talented sales associates for our regional offices. This position involves collaborating closely with Regional Presidents and Branch Managers to identify, attract, and secure both new and experienced sales professionals who align with Weichert’s values and business goals. The TAS will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including prospecting, conducting interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and onboarding new team members. The role requires travel to various office locations within the region to facilitate face-to-face meetings, attend industry events, and build relationships with local educational institutions and real estate schools. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, supporting office staffing needs, and promoting the Weichert brand within the community.
