We are looking to hire a Mid- to Senior-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting our Infrastructure Construction sector (Heavy Civil, Roadways, Bridges, Environmental Remediation), you will collaborate with company leaders to forecast and meet our workforce needs. Your primary focus will be sourcing and recruiting top talent for current and future roles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to change management and develop our new MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure Segment strategy.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to provide strategic guidance on complex recruitment challenges. This is a full lifecycle recruitment position.
In this full-cycle role, agility in your recruitment approach is crucial. We have a variety of positions to fill, including schedulers, project controls staff, project managers, estimators, superintendents, construction managers, administrative support staff, and construction operations leaders.
Location & Travel Details: This is a remote position based anywhere in the continental United States (Preference given to candidates in the Central time zones). Must be able to work within regular business hours Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm of the applicable time zone. We offer all IT equipment, including a work cell phone or cell phone reimbursement.
