The Role

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from strategic intake sessions with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Build robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive networking within the healthcare and education sectors.

• Act as a Talent Advisor by providing market insights and hiring trends to leadership to influence headcount planning and strategy.

• Manage high-volume candidate communications through modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) while maintaining a premium candidate experience.

• Drive special initiatives including university outreach, career fairs, and employer branding campaigns to elevate the company's market presence.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within healthcare, therapy services, or educational environments.

• Proven expertise in sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn, social media platforms, and specialized job boards.

• Strong technical proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data reporting to track recruiting KPIs and conversion rates.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to consult and influence senior hiring leaders.

• A growth mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting (candidates must be located in IN, IL, OH, or MI).
