About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) at Weichert, Realtors, is a vital member of the recruitment team, primarily focusing on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talented sales associates within the Maryland and Virginia regions. Reporting directly to the Residential Sales Recruiter Lead, this role involves collaborating closely with Regional Presidents and Branch Managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. The TAS will actively prospect for potential candidates through various channels, including industry events, educational institutions, career fairs, and networking activities. The position requires travel to different offices within the region to meet with candidates and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual. The primary goal is to meet and exceed the annual recruitment target of 48 new and experienced sales associates, thereby supporting the growth and success of Weichert’s sales offices. The role also encompasses office management functions related to staffing, such as negotiating compensation packages, conducting interviews, analyzing market data, and promoting the company’s brand locally to attract top talent.
