About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Weichert, Realtors plays a pivotal role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding talented Sales Associates to support the growth of our regional sales offices. Reporting directly to the Residential Sales Recruiter Lead, the specialist collaborates closely with Regional Presidents and Branch Managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. This role involves proactive prospecting for potential candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience. The position requires travel within the Morris County, NJ region to meet with candidates and attend industry events, career fairs, and networking functions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building relationships with local educational institutions and industry organizations to foster a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates. Additionally, the role involves managing office-related staffing functions, including negotiations, marketing, and candidate evaluation, to support the overall growth and success of the sales offices.
