SEO Specialist (Senior)

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy, strengthen search visibility, and improve conversion performance across our digital ecosystem.

You'll play a key role in driving measurable results by combining technical SEO expertise, content strategy, and data-driven insights. Working closely with our marketing and development teams, you'll help position our brand as a leader in the online DNA testing industry.

What You'll Do:

· Lead and execute the company's SEO strategy to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.

· Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, indexation, site performance).

· Develop and implement data-driven content strategies, including keyword research and topic clustering.

· Optimize on-page SEO across landing pages, product pages, and blog content.

· Collaborate with UX and marketing teams to improve conversion rates and user experience.

· Perform competitor analysis, keyword gap analysis, and SERP opportunity research.

· Manage white-hat link-building and authority growth initiatives.

· Support international SEO efforts (hreflang, multilingual content, regional targeting).

· Monitor performance using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

· Produce monthly reports with insights, performance trends, and actionable recommendations.

· Stay ahead of emerging trends, including AI-driven search and zero-click SERPs.

What We're Looking For:

· 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in organic growth (B2B and/or B2C).

· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on B2B or B2C SEO experience is required.

· Deep expertise in technical SEO (schema, site speed, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals).

· Strong experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).

· Experience developing full content strategies aligned with search intent and user journeys.
