As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in architecting, scaling, and optimizing Nostra's core platform and product offerings. Your expertise will drive significant technical improvements and enhance customer satisfaction through effective collaboration and technical contributions.

What you’ll be doing:

Strategic Influence and Leadership

• Exert significant influence over Nostra's long-term goals and execution.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and teams across the organization to define initiatives and the technical roadmap.
• Ensure alignment of OKR-level goals across the organization.
• Author technical vision artifacts with a long-term horizon (>1 year) and assist teams in translating this vision into actionable backlogs.
• Plan improvements and features with a 6-month view, driving significant enhancements in customer satisfaction, ease of onboarding, and technical efficiency.

Technical Development and Oversight

• Drive and oversee the research, development, and design of engineering projects.
• Solve technical problems of the highest scope, complexity, and ambiguity.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to build new internal/external features and enhance our existing product offering.
