*What is the job?*

The Lead Software Engineer is a senior individual contributor responsible for defining technical direction, designing scalable software architecture, and establishing engineering standards across the platform.

*Responsibilities:*

• Define technical architecture, engineering direction, and scalable platform strategies.
• Lead design and optimization of software systems, frameworks, data models, and integrations.
• Establish engineering standards, coding practices, CI/CD processes, and secure development practices.
• Build data architecture solutions supporting analytics, AI workloads, and platform scalability.
• Drive technical decisions, resolve risks, reduce technical debt, and improve system performance.
• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.

*Qualifications:*

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software engineering, with demonstrated experience operating at a senior, staff, or principal engineering level.

• Experience with modern technology stacks such as in AWS cloud services, React / Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL / SQL databases.

• Experience with cloud data technologies such as in Databricks, Snowflake, AWS ...
