Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts, from pre-production through in-home delivery. This is the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks - and who spots the crack before anything falls through it.

Direct mail is unforgiving. Dates are real, print slots are finite, and a tracking code or store-match error caught after release becomes an expensive problem. This role exists to make that never happen, and to make the process feel effortless from the client's side even when it isn't behind the scenes.

The Senior Project Manager is expected to operate with a high degree of independence: identifying gaps and risks early, pulling in the right internal people to resolve them, and driving issues to closure without waiting to be asked. Alongside campaign delivery, this role safeguards the financial hygiene of each program - insertion orders issued, payments secured before release to print, invoicing accurate and on time.

This is a growth seat. We are looking for someone with the appetite and aptitude to expand their scope over time, into process ownership, mentorship of junior coordinators, and eventually broader operational or account leadership.
