Are you the person who quietly fixes everything?

The plan is unclear, so you clarify it. The process is broken, so you rebuild it. Other people talk about what should happen; you make sure it actually happens.

But your current role may still have you updating project statuses, sitting in meetings, chasing approvals, and watching good recommendations die in a slide deck.

At PestLaunch, your job is to turn strategy into working systems that produce measurable results for real businesses.

We help pest control company owners grow profitably, strengthen their operations, and build companies that no longer depend on them for every decision. We identify the highest-priority constraint in the business and prescribe a focused implementation “Play.” You take that approved direction and drive it from idea to verified completion.

That could mean building an office accountability system, launching a customer reactivation campaign, implementing a sales process, creating operational scorecards, organizing a CRM workflow, or turning an inconsistent process into something the client’s team can follow every day.

The strategy sets the destination. You build the road and make sure the client reaches it.

This is not a traditional project-management role. You will not simply coordinate meetings, update timelines, or pass work between departments. You will plan the implementation, build much of the work yourself, coordinate specialized support when needed, QA every detail, launch the system, and verify that it is being used successfully.

You’ll work closely with the founder and have significant visibility into our clients, systems, and company.
