Senior Manager, Growth Analytics

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.


This role will lead growth analytics efforts that shape how the business understands product-led growth performance and customer behavior across the journey. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define the right questions, metrics, and measurement approaches that support smarter decisions. In addition, you will guide a team of growth analysts and help strengthen a culture of data-driven experimentation and insight.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $172,000 – $258,000 annually


Responsibilities

• Guide leaders in understanding product-led growth journey performance and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product to enhance customer growth
• Work with Product Managers to establish business questions and success metrics
• Lead and mentor a team of growth analysts, fostering their development
• Define and refine measurement strategies across various stages of the customer journey
• Analyze customer behavior to pinpoint growth opportunities and obstacles
• Design measurement plans for product initiatives, including success metrics and analytics requirements

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, preferably within SaaS
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and preparation
• Experience with product experimentation and A/B testing methodologies
• Knowledge of modern data platforms like Snowflake and dbt
• Ability to define key metrics and measurement strategies with strong communication skills
• Experience creating dashboards and self-service reporting tools using platforms such as Looker or Tableau
