Senior Project Delivery Manager - NVIS

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager - NVIS to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.


This role will lead complex project delivery efforts for advanced hardware and software solutions in data center and network environments. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination across technical teams, customer stakeholders, and global collaborators to ensure successful execution. You will drive technical decisions, manage installation activities, and support clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The work is centered on delivering reliable outcomes for customers while maintaining strong operational discipline and documentation.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $168,000 – $322,000 annually


Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with collaborators
• Facilitate discussions and drive technical decisions on solutions
• Ensure timely production of company requirements
• Develop and present technical solutions to customers
• Lead complex installations and report observed issues
• Communicate project changes and release notices to customers
• Document technical and operational procedures clearly

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in project delivery management
• 5+ years in field services or customer support for hardware/software products
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments and network equipment
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills across diverse teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading global projects
