Senior Manager, Medicare Product Solutions - Work From Home

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Product Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.


This role will lead strategic product efforts supporting Medicare-related offerings, with a focus on shaping benefits and product direction in a highly regulated environment. The position will guide cross-functional collaboration across leadership, operations, and market-facing teams to turn competitive insights into actionable strategies. It will also oversee product performance analysis and bid governance to support growth and strengthen the organization’s Medicare Advantage initiatives.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $102,000 – $184,300 annually


Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to enhance product strategies
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support Medicare Advantage initiatives
• Evaluate product performance and conduct competitive market analysis
• Develop innovative product and benefit strategies for growth
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps and initiatives
• Oversee the governance of the bid process for Medicare Advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting, or 11 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of team leadership experience, including hiring and budget management
• Background in managed care product development or benefits consulting
• Proven ability to interface with corporate leadership and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Advanced Excel proficiency required
