About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects under our Direct to Trade delivery model—no multi-trade contractors, just direct engagement with quality subcontractors and suppliers. Your mission: deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end construction and refurbishment projects in live environments (early learning/education sector).
• Source and engage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
• Maintain transparency and strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project financials, timelines, and quality standards with precision.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Project or Construction Management (or trade-qualified with relevant technical experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project/construction management.
• Proven ability to manage refurbishments while sites remain operational.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
