We're growing, and we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join us.

This is a role for someone who brings exceptional craft, strong conceptual thinking and an experienced eye to every brief. Someone who understands that great ideas matter just as much as flawless execution.

Precision, discipline and high-level attention to detail are essential – missing the brief or unnecessary rework simply isn't in our vocabulary. About you

• You bring a minimum of five years' experience in a marketing or creative agency, with confidence managing multiple clients at once.
• Your portfolio shows breadth across brand, digital and print work.
• Your design, layout and typographic skills are exceptional. You bring the same creative rigour to a capability statement as you do to a brand identity or a campaign rollout.
• You're highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office. You understand industry standards, materials and specifications across print & digital platform.
• You're organised and meticulous. You communicate early, manage your timelines and don't need to be chased.
• You have the ability to present creative thinking with confidence and warmth, both internally and to our clients.
