CFA Institute is hiring a Graphic Designer, Editorial to join our Learning Content and Experience team within the Education Division. You will create the illustrations and visual assets that support our curriculum products, including textbooks and online learning experiences. Alongside hands-on design, you will work closely with learning designers, subject matter experts and editorial colleagues to determine how information should be represented visually.

This is a newly created internal position, giving you the opportunity to establish strong ways of working and contribute your expertise to wider graphic design standards and projects across the department.

What You’ll Do

• Create and revise illustrations, charts, diagrams, infographics and other visual assets for CFA Institute curriculum products across print and digital formats.
• Translate quantitative information, including data, graphs and numerical concepts, into clear, accurate and learner-focused visuals.
• Use Adobe Illustrator as a core authoring tool and Adobe InDesign to support layouts, templates and production requirements.
• Collaborate with learning designers, subject matter experts, editors and other stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback and agree how content should be represented visually.
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure outputs meet established specifications, templates, style guides and brand standards.
• Carry out quality checks across typography, color, resolution and file formats, resolving routine production issues.
