Capitol Bridge, LLC supports government programs through scalable operations, program management, workforce solutions, and technology-enabled services. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Product Owner to support our Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) program. This role will report to the IDRE Program Director or Interim Program Authority and will serve as the primary business owner for the systems and partner relationship supporting IDRE operations.

Job Summary:

The Product Owner – IDRE Systems and Partner Management will manage the day-to-day relationship between Capitol Bridge and its IDRE system partner. This position will translate operational needs into clear system requirements, organize and prioritize the product backlog, lead Agile delivery ceremonies, coordinate business acceptance testing, support releases, and track partner commitments. The Product Owner will work across Arbitration, Eligibility, Quality, Training, Compliance, Finance, Reporting, and program leadership to ensure system changes are properly defined, tested, communicated, documented, and adopted. This role is well suited to a product and operations leader who can make complex technical work understandable and actionable for business stakeholders.

Salary: $110,000
