A rapidly growing property investment business is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead rent roll growth throughout the Brisbane market.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a greenfield growth strategy, building a substantial portfolio of residential managements across one of Australia's strongest property markets. Backed by an established brand, sophisticated systems, and a national client network, you'll focus on what you do best – winning new business and growing market share.
The Opportunity
As the dedicated Brisbane BDM, your primary objective will be to drive new management growth and establish a strong presence throughout Greater Brisbane.
Responsibilities include:
- Securing new residential managements from investors and landlords
- Developing and executing a Brisbane rent roll growth strategy
- Converting existing investor clients into property management clients
- Building referral partnerships with mortgage brokers, accountants, buyer's agents, financial planners and property professionals
- Managing the full sales process from lead generation through to signed management agreements
- Conducting virtual and face-to-face landlord presentations
- Identifying opportunities to acquire managements and grow market share
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective landlords and investors
- Delivering exceptional customer service and relationship management
- Achieving ambitious monthly and annual growth targets
About You:
You are a proven performer who thrives in a growth-focused environment and enjoys building something meaningful. Ideally you will have:
- Experience as a Real Estate BDM, Property Manager or Rent Roll Growth Specialist
- A successful track record securing new managements
