Enrizen is looking for a talented, hands-on Senior Graphic Designer to own the visual identity and creative output across the Enrizen Group and its portfolio companies, including Delfina, our B2C ecommerce teamshop supplying custom swimwear, apparel and accessories to clubs, schools and sporting organisations.

This is a fully remote role for someone who can take a brief from concept through to finished artwork quickly, confidently and to a consistently high standard, working independently as part of our Australian team. A large part of the day-to-day will be custom teamwear design for Delfina, turning each club's or school's vision into artwork and production-ready files for daily orders.

Alongside this, Enrizen operates in an industry where trust and credibility are critical, so clear, professional and consistent creative has a direct impact on how clients perceive us and how our marketing performs. We specialise in providing tailored solutions across accounting, finance, insurance, legal, investment and technology services.The role covers both digital and print, including teamwear artwork, club branding, paid media and social creative, website and landing page assets, presentations, reports and collateral for Enrizen and each of its portfolio brands.

You'll work closely with our Head of Strategy, the Delfina sales and customer service teams, marketing and portfolio company leaders, combining professional design software with smart AI tools to produce high-quality work at pace. As our operations include highly regulated financial services businesses, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt according to requirements of the environments in which we operate, including the rules that apply to advertising and client communications.
