The position focuses on marketing and brand web design rather than product UI, with an emphasis on enterprise-level quality.
You’ll help evolve a scalable Figma design system while maintaining consistency across digital touchpoints.
Your work will be informed by analytics, experimentation, accessibility standards, and user behavior data.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, analytics, and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
The role is fully remote, full-time, and structured as a six-month contract with potential for extension.
### Accountabilities
- Design polished, on-brand, conversion-focused pages and digital experiences for the marketing website and related touchpoints.
- Maintain and elevate visual and brand standards, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across marketing assets.
- Build, document, and maintain scalable components and libraries within a Figma-based design system.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design concepts and implementation requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, analytics, and engineering teams to connect creative work with business objectives and ensure high-fidelity implementation.
- Incorporate accessibility principles and standards such as WCAG into web experiences.
- Analyze analytics, heatmaps, and session replay data to identify opportunities for improving website performance and user experience.
