We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to lead our post-production team and help us build a faster, smarter, and more reliable production operation.

## The role

You will lead the people, systems, and workflow that turn filmed content into polished, professional lessons.

We need someone who thinks independently, takes initiative, solves problems, keeps track of every detail, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will not be expected to edit videos yourself, but you should understand video editing, be comfortable with Premiere Pro workflows, and have a strong eye for pacing, design, branding, and overall quality.

## What you will actually do

• Lead editors and manage projects from raw footage through final delivery
• Keep deadlines, dependencies, reviews, and handoffs moving
• Review edits and give clear, actionable feedback
• Solve problems before they become bottlenecks
• Build and improve systems, workflows, and documentation
• Research and implement useful AI, automation, and production tools

## Who this is for

You are highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and dependable.

You know how to manage people, communicate clearly, solve problems independently, and follow through completely.

You understand post-production well enough to recognize when an edit is not tight, polished, consistent, or on-brand, and you are comfortable learning and implementing better tools and processes.
