Role Overview

There’s a difference between using AI to code and genuinely knowing how to engineer with AI.
We’re looking for a Senior AI-Native Software Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with genuinely AI-native development practices.
AI-assisted development isn’t an experiment or a side project here. It’s becoming part of how great software gets planned, architected, built, tested, verified, documented, monitored, and shipped.
If Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar AI development tools already feel like a natural extension of how you work—but you also know that *“the AI said it works”* is definitely not a testing strategy—you’ll probably enjoy this one.
You’ll take work from ticket → plan → implementation → verification → PR → production, using AI to create genuine engineering leverage without outsourcing your engineering judgment to it.
That means knowing how to work with agents, context, automation, and AI-assisted workflows—and knowing when an AI-generated answer needs to be challenged, corrected, or replaced by a human one.
